Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process in plain terms upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Pomona"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Pomona"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Pomona"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Pomona"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., PomonaThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 10901 10970, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Pomona address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
